The table is not kept under a roof with us and is treated once a year with Woca Outdoor Oil. It still looks good. I have not been able to detect any cracks or chipping yet. In the winter months it is stored in the garage. The chairs are also doing great! So still a full recommendation :)It's me again ;) How satisfied are you with the Houe wooden table? How long have you had it and how does the wood look? Is it kept under a roof? We definitely need new garden furniture now and I just like tables with wood tops much better. I am very impressed, for example, by Houe Circle and Sketch (both bamboo) and also, for example, Niehoff Kubu (teak). The table should stand outside all year round under the roof at our place and will not be exposed to rain, except maybe during a storm. My wife is very skeptical about the durability of such a table... Roughness, cracking, and chipping worry her. Of course, I am also happy about experiences from other wooden table owners ;)

Similar with us. This year we actually wanted to start on the garden shed for tables and chairs. For that, the landscaper was supposed to help us with the foundation and then also plant a bigger tree. But he didn't have much time this year :rolleyes: Well... hoping that next year the wood for the shed will again be easier to organize, we postponed the construction site again. Then the man will also finally have time to do a wooden paneling in the living room. Then there will be no excuse :p
