My Katzingers didn’t move with me. They are at my parents' place. No other cat is allowed on the property - exception, if the neighbor doesn’t feed theirs again. The hungry lady is sometimes allowed. The Katzingers also do their business obediently behind the house on the meadow - garden free of piles. My parents’ garden has ants without end, sandbox free. I try and that's it. There are hardly any cats here and ants, yes, they will probably come like thistles out of nowhere.

The perennials all seem to be OK at the moment and the perennial bed is directly in front of the hedge. The voles are currently just a suspicion. I will see when I dig up the damaged hedge plants. New plants will be delivered on Thursday. Container-grown so they can still grow properly now. Unfortunately, they are very expensive compared to bare-root plants. But we have to accept some kind of loss now. I definitely won't chase away the obese cat from the neighborhood. Maybe despite its body weight, it will still catch one or two voles.

Attention, Netto has beautiful white daisies for 4.99 per pot. Not on the stem, but suitable for planting.

I still need 2 potted plants that grow tall. What do you have there? I’m not allowed to buy plants until the weekend after next anyway. Temperatures around zero degrees are forecast for the weekend. brrr, seems like we have April weather now.
