We also have zucchini in abundance. The ones that have gotten a bit too big, I like to pickle as shake zucchini - it’s quick, ready to eat after two days, and nicely refreshing. And it doesn’t matter if the zucchini themselves are a bit tasteless.

The cucumbers in the greenhouse are slowly done for; they just probably missed the warmth. Constantly cloudy and rainy is just no good... I can also throw away the tomatoes that are behind the house and in the bed. All lazy. The ones in the greenhouse are also just hanging in there. Only the 5 specimens in front of the house are bearing very well. But this is the year of radishes in all forms, sweet corn, and beans :) Onions and leeks are also thriving.

We are currently harvesting Mediterranean fruits directly from the tree.

I love figs… I planted a fig tree myself (Bavarian fig).. But it hardly grows and the fruits are unfortunately still tiny. Show me your little tree.

Now that everything is green, it has really become beautiful. I really like the combination of wood, stone, and all the greenery. The seating area looks cozy and sheltered; you would like to sit there for a long time.

Well, we don't have to confront her at all costs. The window is definitely illegal, I have let him know that I am aware of that. But it's in their garage, so no one is constantly looking out there. Therefore, we don't really care. So as a friendly gesture, we left the window open. I also think it looks quite nice that way.
If they ever get annoying, we can close it immediately.
But at the moment things are quiet on the front - so why should I create a cause for conflict?
