We also have zucchini in abundance. The ones that have gotten a bit too big, I like to pickle as shake zucchini - it’s quick, ready to eat after two days, and nicely refreshing. And it doesn’t matter if the zucchini themselves are a bit tasteless.
The cucumbers in the greenhouse are slowly done for; they just probably missed the warmth. Constantly cloudy and rainy is just no good... I can also throw away the tomatoes that are behind the house and in the bed. All lazy. The ones in the greenhouse are also just hanging in there. Only the 5 specimens in front of the house are bearing very well. But this is the year of radishes in all forms, sweet corn, and beans :) Onions and leeks are also thriving.
