Try using a suitable complete fertilizer once. But it probably won’t look really nice again until next year.

They usually come from greenhouses under optimal conditions and then get a shock like this out in the wild nature :)

The hydrangea is now going full throttle, will be freed from the pot next week.

Did you mix in proper wood shavings when planting? Usually nutrients are missing. Always fertilize nicely in spring and after flowering with a handful.

I only dug the hole. :-)

But I wouldn’t know that we planted any fertilizer with it. Do you mean horn shavings? Or are there actual shavings made from brain?

Would spontaneously also say the magnolia is too wet.
