Oooch, I’m getting jealous!

I don’t need to grow [Rote Beete], my husband doesn’t like it at all. But what a monster!

The [Corten Beete] have proven themselves against slugs - none can really climb up.
But they have completely eaten my mint. So we have slugs with good breath...

Just try it with the red beet. My husband and I don’t like the vacuum-packed or pickled ones at all. The week before last, a friend served us red beet from her husband’s garden. Freshly prepared. Delicious. Next year, there will be a few bulbs with us.

Almost all sunflowers are currently blooming here. The tallest is almost 2 meters high and all of them still have several buds. In front of them, we have just cut the green manure short to incorporate it later. That is why it looks like this in front.
