Occurs more often than one thinks...and a lawyer is not necessary...is usually resolved within a few days...many notice it themselves anyway, so there is no need to complain.

I also have to apologize... I didn't mean to write "drangebastelt" :)

Fallrohr Fauxpas fits better.

What also looks funny is that the gutter at the top is galvanized (speckled) and at the bottom it is polished. (I guess that's called titanium zinc....) Somehow they don't match.

Our RA is definitely necessary. I should have contacted him months ago.
Unfortunately, I was too trusting...

Regards

That's fine... wait a few months and you'll have an even gray everywhere...

The pipe is just fresh from the factory and the other one has been lying around a bit...

Whether the RA is necessary for you or not, I can't judge. I only referred to the specific case you described here.

Such a small detail is absolutely everyday and is corrected without ifs and buts, without RA and sometimes even without the builder noticing it at all.

Dear Mycraft, I have no minor complaints.... I had an expert at my place. The house is junk and he gives us 2 years, hence the [RA].....

You have already written several times that it is rubbish! What exactly is being criticized? What is not repairable?

That doesn't sound good at all. And then you still ask about the [Fallrohr]?

Would you perhaps like to write something more detailed about your entire situation? In any case, I wish you lots of success and still some fun with the new little house.
