If the cable was installed properly, it lies in a conduit. If you’re lucky, the electrician can pull in a duplex cable and you get what you ordered. At 200EUR per outlet, they can certainly be double ;-)

Exactly. RuK as well as TuK basically belong in the empty conduit. DIN 18015..

I can't imagine that a defect remediation is not possible.
If necessary, you just have to open walls!

Demand that. As soon as you come with money, you'll be fobbed off with €3.

€1,000 for 5 sockets is a very PROUD PRICE.

€80-100 is normal. And that is already expensive.

Material cost me about €30 per double socket.

I had also taken this direction - thanks
Unfortunately, I don’t think so short-term as you do :)

PS: Unfortunately, I don’t have a key - since it is turnkey construction :)
I saw that the network cable is laid and did not further follow whether it is double or single. I saw in the HAR that it is CAT7 cable, but did not check the amount

Yes sir

According to the site manager, not possible - I can’t say more about that.

I don’t really think so either. But it will be very difficult for me/him to open everything again 5 days before moving in

How much money, that’s what the thread refers to :)

I see it the same way, but in the worst case, the devil eats flies. Turnkey construction - long discussed that I do it myself - but I was refused several times or told that this is not possible during the construction phase - plus the time effort that I personally do not have at the moment.

Thank you very much for the opinions :)

I would demand rectification including painting the walls, etc. after all, you ordered and paid. However, the service was reduced without informing you beforehand, which now constitutes a defect. From a legal perspective, the situation is therefore clear. If they have worked diligently and installed the pipes according to regulations, a replacement should be possible. If not, then they have messed up anyway.

So either rectify with all costs and consequences, or the full amount, meaning the nearly thousand as a credit.

Hello,

Full agreement. The site manager as the person responsible messed up, why should you suffer because of that? There are only two options, remediation to the ordered and paid-for standard (as Mycraft already said, they should be in empty conduits anyway, if not, they have a real problem!!) or reduction of the invoice to zero. If they want a hefty 1000 € for a small network I would be uncompromising as well.

Whoever charges moon prices must also deliver top quality...

Best regards,

Andreas

Hi,

hola, this really doesn’t belong in this thread, but 4000 € credit for fittings and sinks + toilet? Did you have gold taps as standard? ;) Or were those two complete bathrooms each with two sinks + shower + bathtub?

Best regards,

Andreas
