The construction company is building a basement smaller than in the factory plan

Somehow I just can't make sense of you.

You recently started a thread because the concrete cover was clearly too small. Now the shell construction has also gotten out of control dimensionally.

What advice are you expecting here in this new thread? Put that in the backpack for the expert (and possibly lawyer) and finally get professional advice.

Please don’t take it personally, but you do seem a bit resistant to advice.

In my opinion, this is where the bigger problem lies than with a possibly a few millimeters too small basement. Over-concreted building separation joints can lead to massive problems with structure-borne sound transmission. It is urgently necessary to consult an expert. Now, meaning as long as there is no house on top, you can still counteract this relatively inexpensively.

The house expansion joint is there, it is not overcast. The basement concrete wall is shorter than planned.

My goodness, now finally answer the questions here. It is really exhausting to have to pull everything out of you. I guess the answers don’t suit you and the answers are: - I planned everything, there is no professional construction supervision - I ordered the stairs in a preemptive obedience myself based on the plans - There was no tender, the offer contains "throwing up the shell" without details and the cheapest offer was awarded Proof me wrong :)

Asked quite naively (and because the same question from was not answered): (Why) can't the ground floor simply be built as planned? It just protrudes a bit over the basement (used to be called "structural wood protection" in the upper floor :) ).

Further expanding is not possible. According to the green forum, it is already quite far beyond the maximum.
