Cavity for pipes, cable bundles, water pipes, etc., below which is the technical room. It actually shouldn't be declared as a cavity now, I just thought that everything has to go down somewhere.

It's fine, I understood ;-)

How else??

I just wanted to mention about the dressing room that the passage between the wardrobes becomes very narrow. The dressing room is planned to be exactly 4m wide, minus plaster this results in an internal dimension of about 3.95m and you cannot place a standard wardrobe of 4m if you would have liked to do so. The living room is very spacious, however you won't see that if the sofa is placed as shown on the plan and it would also be too tight for 5 people to sit. With three children and a bathroom on the upper floor, you will probably never see the bathroom from the inside or only briefly in a chaotic state until the next user knocks on the door. I would rather plan an extra children’s bathroom if that is feasible. Best regards Sabine

Look where the recommended garage house is drawn on the development plan. It is close to the street and doesn’t waste so much driveway space.

Hi, with 3 children I would prefer to think about a separate children's bathroom with a shower instead of an 18m2 bathroom. Maybe a niche for a washing machine and dryer can be integrated into this bathroom. Would the division of the 3 children's rooms be better if you make the bay window a bit wider? The bathroom could also swap sides with the bedroom/dressing room to create a bit more space in the bedroom.

Too little usable space and crooked on top of that. The hallway and bathroom in the attic are each larger than the children's rooms, the house entrance corresponds to the standard (behind the door to the left or right the stairs to the attic), and from the garage, which is probably big enough to open the tailgate of a car, you cannot get into the house without getting your feet wet. Where are the kids' bicycles actually parked? In short: In my opinion, the building primarily serves prestige and not the family.
