That’s also why I asked about the actual furniture dimensions and positions. Currently, you are indeed sitting between the hallway and the terrace door, next to what I consider a further limiting wall to the kitchen and pantry. I still don’t see how you can get past the wardrobe in the hallway, which is practically standing in the middle of the way. I can’t read the measurements, but just by looking at it, it seems like something that’s in the way.Ratio of hallway / living-dining with 20 m² to 30 m² not suitable. On the other hand, the kitchen with pantry is "too large" in relation. I also find the furnishing of living / dining difficult (just tight). If you position the dining table directly after the kitchen (where else?), the wide access to the hallway gives the impression that you are sitting "in the hallway."
Maybe you defend some things because you don’t want trouble with the planner... but it’s NOT finalized yet and you can still adjust things. I would consider a bit of discussion versus possibly permanently partly uncomfortable living. I don’t want to say anything about the floor plan itself, it has to suit you alone, but when reading, I get the feeling (which I often have with other OPs) that you don’t take the criticism as genuinely constructive and as a "gift," but quickly bring up reasons to defend the status quo. I would really take another open-minded look at every single criticism and even encourage people here to give their criticism, and if necessary, have things changed... or not! Ultimately, you can live with almost any condition, so the statement "we now have it like this in the apartment" is a killer argument that shuts down almost any criticism that is ultimately meant to help you.
