The building permit should have come by last week at the latest.
What arguments (excuses) do they have?
Have they misplaced the required stamp? :D

You have also checked with a 2m straightedge, right? Especially the corners, window reveals, etc. How are the plaster rails installed, etc. From experience, I can unfortunately only say: it’s a gamble which plastering crew shows up, unless you know them personally. I checked at the end of day 1 during plastering and gave everyone a 50-euro note. That way they stay motivated to work neatly until the end. It can easily save you 1-3 bills in the end if they work properly. We visited other builders yesterday who are also building with our general contractor. I mainly wanted to check out the Q2 plaster. It was as smooth as a baby’s bottom. So more like Q3. I was also quite impressed by the young couple (mid-20s). They hardly think about things like we do, they just build or have it built. House 188 sqm (just the two of them) without controlled residential ventilation, fireplace, or frills. But with a garage. Everything runs smoothly for them. According to them, a big advantage with the general contractor is that during construction everything can be changed except load-bearing walls. So we remain very reassured about the decision for the general contractor and (im)patiently await the building permit.
Have you also checked with a 2m spirit level, yes?

Says the one who is still waiting for the groundbreaking. :D Where can I get the crystal ball? The general contractor always works with the same crew. Yes, you have to check, but if necessary, everything is also improved without objection.
With the builders I have already visited, who are also building with the general contractor....Says the one who is still waiting for the groundbreaking. :D Where can I get a crystal ball?
