Why does the gravel directly touch the plaster there? Or what is that?

How should it be executed correctly? It should be gravel, yes.

If it says moisture there, your plaster will come off. There needs to be waterproofing, or at least a foil that goes under the foundation.

If it says moisture is present, your plaster will dissolve. There needs to be a seal, but at least a foil that goes under the foundation.

How likely is the moisture here if: - the terrace has a slope - the column is covered. I will pass it on and they should at least seal it. Ps. I spoke with the landscape gardener. They will secure it against moisture. Thanks :-)

Yes. He secured everything. No, but the landscaper is available almost 24/7 :-) Self-employed and always on the job :-) Even though I don’t expect anyone to answer in the evening.

I spoke with the external construction supervisor yesterday. And then with the landscape gardener. He will then apply bitumen or mineral slurries to the column, just like with the walls.
