In general, I am very satisfied with KB Brandis. The only thing that’s not right; but which is not unusual; is the lack of communication (grade: 4) during the construction. In terms of quality and the trades, they are very very good. Two house forum members have already been on the site. So if you have time and interest, I can show you the construction and briefly report on the execution.

If you mean that, here is a summary of the construction: - Plot: 1,472 sqm (20m * 73m) - Bungalow: 138 sqm (after plastering) + 12 sqm covered terrace - Monolithic construction (Poroton). Exterior: 36.5 cm, interior: 17.5 cm. - Retractable staircase to the attic. Attic is used as usable space. Approx. 23 sqm with a ceiling height of at least 2m. Highest point is 2.65m. - Electric roller shutters with Bosch Smart Home roller shutter control - Geothermal heat pump with ground collectors and tempering/cooling (Bosch Compress 7800i LW) - Ventilation system with heat recovery (Bosch) - Ceiling height (2.72m after drywall is completed). - Windows with single-sided glazing (RC3; anthracite outside, white inside) - Hydraulic balancing of underfloor heating - Motion detectors inside and outside + smoke detectors from Bosch (Twinguard) - Photovoltaic system 13.26 kWp (completely black), including battery preparation - Doorbell including video function (will probably be the new one from Eufy) - Wallbox preparation - Outdoor lighting including motion detectors - Drainage over the ground collectors - Fence including electric gate, plus 73m side fence double rod mats (self-contracted; Polish company) - approx. 40 sqm terrace (self-contracted; Polish company) - Interior and exterior doors (self-contracted; Polish company) - Ready to move in (floors and painting will also be done). - Furniture such as kitchen, built-in cabinets, dressing room, pantry (self-contracted; Polish furniture maker) Complete with everything (plot + house) we come to approx. €620,000 (financing + equity).

Just for comparison, for us about 50% was added to the pure house price for everything around it and interior wishes :eek:
