The first "small" problem occurred today. The planner informed me that the ceiling must be suspended not by 6 cm, but by 11 cm due to the controlled residential ventilation. For us, this is actually not a big problem, since the room height will still be 2.72m. However, I find it a bit strange that after signing the contract in October 2021 and the agreed room height of 2.77m (controlled residential ventilation is included in the contract), it is now coming up that 5 cm more drywall suspension is necessary. I have an appointment with the GF soon. I'm curious, but also very relaxed :-)
