Construction of a 144 sqm bungalow in Fichtenwalde (near Potsdam)

I wonder about two things:

1. Why are good advice and suggestions still given here when they are obviously not wanted by the OP.
2. Why does the OP even ask for the forum's opinion if he doesn't care about it anyway.

I probably will never understand either...

this is what my 156sqm bungalow looks like, built in 1995. It is inhabited by 2 people.

when you enter the house from the front (we enter through the back), you can see all the way through to the back and you don’t walk into a wall.

I also wonder about two things:

1. Why is it always expected that EVERY suggestion must be implemented? It gives the impression of arrogance and overestimation.

2. Did I write anywhere in the initial post that I need help with planning? It was actually supposed to be a kind of builder's diary. But if it's not wanted and used for trolling, then please close it.

I have already implemented two things (bathroom + front door). But this is either simply ignored or you read the last two posts and just go along with the troll wave...

Nice floor. We would also like one like that. We are currently undecided whether it should be parquet or tiles with a wood look.

A large mirror will be placed on the wall. That can disguise it very well.

I do not understand the third thing more: why some people's learning curve is so abysmal that thread creators want advice as an offer and not as a forced bundled package, from which they are then supposed to accept all points. I am happy to advise even those people about their tile size who ignore my view about the unnecessary nature of garage connection doors.
