At the very back, there are about 18 trees that remain standing. And a green strip approximately 5-7 x 20 meters.

Unfortunately, there were no trees before. Only some locust trees which we were advised to remove and 2 large pines. But they were unfortunately dried out. Since the house is being built 16.5m from the street and is 13.5m wide, we also cut everything down at the front.

I didn’t have this position regarding the cutting down present anymore. Would you have been allowed to leave some standing in the front as well?

Construction power is available, the site is cleared, the required nest boxes and bat box are hung. At the latest next week, earthworks and the foundation slab will begin.

The tree cutter did a great job. Times were 100% adhered to and also advised on tree selection. I can only recommend him if someone in Brandenburg/Berlin is looking for one...

The outhouse is no longer hidden in the forest, nice property and bought by an evil Berliner, who buys up everything ;)

Rather by a Pole :-) I only lived in Berlin for 9 months. Before that 8 years in Hanover and 13 years in Goslar (Harz) :-)

The property is huge. 73m long and 20m wide.
