You can always "still make changes," even if the approval has already been granted. The only question is whether you can or want to live with the consequences (additional fees, additional waiting time, extra construction costs, ...).

I can’t fit my big serving tray between the plates with less than 95 cm. Naturally, decorations are not cleared away while eating,… blabla]

The question was whether something could still be changed. The application is for about 140 sqm. Now it will be 150 sqm with the change.

It is about subsidy 461, not about the building permit.

Had an appointment with the construction company today. We discussed the floor plan and also the possible enlargement of the living room. We have now definitively decided against it. Reasons: - Additional costs would be around 10,000 €. - Building permit is already taking 8 months. If the change were incorporated, it would likely extend until winter.

We will only reduce the size of the fireplace (without shelf and wood storage) from 1.64m width to about 1m width. Then everything fits as we wish.
