It's not a big deal. As I said, in our village all fence walls/pillars are like that. And I looked at 5 other works of theirs near Berlin and it looks the same. It may also possibly be due to the region. In the south, for example, sealing is done with Triflex, which is never an issue here in Brandenburg. Here are a few pictures of their work. I also don't understand why it bothers you so much? If it's just about appearance, it's just ours. But if it's about shoddy work, then get rid of it, why :-)
