Let’s take the difference of €300 as labor cost since I will plaster it flush myself. ;-) Thanks for the tip about the 6 weeks for AW, I now have to get that started as well. :)

Another question. Securing the front door. The front door will be installed next week. How can it best be secured for the rest of the construction phase? I have read something about cardboard and gold tape. How did you do it?

Not anymore in the construction phase you are already in. With us, the door was installed together with the windows, so before plastering and screed. The plasterers and screed layers taped off the doors and windows themselves (since I was always on the construction site, I could also make sure they did it properly ;)) After that, nothing comes along that causes damage, as long as the craftsmen are careful. At least we were advised against using adhesive tape because it apparently doesn't come off well after a short time.

Plastering still has to be done. And drywall, electrical, and plumbing are still to be done as well. I am on the construction site every day, so I can check it but not prevent anything if something happens...

Possibly in the evening when you are at the construction site, always take a close look at the door. That way you promptly notice if there is any "damage" and know who was in the house that day. Maybe always take a picture as well. Unfortunately, the worst-case scenario happened to us exactly on the day of the house handover. The plastering crew of the home builder had been in the house the day before and had made the house ready for handover, with the addition that our own installed front door was scratched. Of course, there was quite a bit of discussion on the day of the handover. But in the end, we were able to settle it with the company management through their liability insurance. The damage was about 4,500 euros. The front door (wood) then had to be specially ordered and manufactured again by the door manufacturer for us. It took a good quarter of a year.

Was just on the property and met with the GF of the BU. He said that the plasterers will still protect the doors anyway and the tape used here can stay on for several weeks.

Otherwise, we discussed the drainage system and the further procedure
