We only received our construction schedule 2 or 3 weeks ago, so after the shell was standing. The dates are all listed down to the day. Only for the facing bricks was a period of 2-3 weeks indicated.. We currently have 3 Polish men doing that here. Hats off, they work like ants and were here Monday - Saturday from 7 am to 5:30 pm.. I assume they will be finished tomorrow..

No, I discussed this with the managing director. It is really about the fact that Corona does not constitute a construction time delay. And if the construction time exceeds 10 months because of it, the €200 per day penalty applies.

It may be that you understood it that way from the CEO, but the document says otherwise, and in case of doubt, the "spoken word said sometime" will hardly count. The wording can be found in thousands of contracts in a similar way, only that it usually concerns bad weather, which is also not counted towards the agreed construction period.
