KB stands for design and construction supervision. For builders who are building for the first time, the construction process is rarely known. Since we were not informed about the timing of the installation of the exterior doors and these were not listed in the construction schedule, we assumed the timing of the interior doors (which in turn were included in the construction schedule). Doors are doors after all :cool:

The heat pump, ventilation system, and passive cooling arrived on Monday and are being installed.

We live in Beelitz, about 10 km away. Our daughter has been attending the elementary school in Fichtenwalde since the beginning of the school year and she likes it very much. Our utility room is a little over 10 sqm in size. We are building with a regional contractor who awards all trades to local companies. However, due to the limited selection, we outsourced the interior and exterior doors (Poland). We also obtained the tiles for the bathrooms in Poland. A few months ago, we switched from Vodafone to Telekom for internet in our rental apartment. Telekom provided us with free internet for the new building for a few months. When we move in, we will take over the contract from the rental apartment (175 MB/s).

We are building with a regional contractor who awards all trades to regional companies.
