Just spoke with the building authority. Two pieces of information for those interested:
1. Security retention for the conversion of 1,462 sqm is about €4,300 with us
2. 14 trees must remain standing ([Baumverordnung, Fichtenwalde]).

Otherwise, the building permit should be ready for pickup Thursday/Friday. I’m curious...
