Construction of a 144 sqm bungalow in Fichtenwalde (near Potsdam)

Positive news from the Bosch representative. The controlled residential ventilation will arrive in 1.5 weeks. The geothermal heat pump at the end of August. At least we have a date now. Hopefully, we can move in by the end of September. We'll see.

The fireplace is finished so far. The electrician still has to connect the heat sensor to the power supply. Everything in the garden is being dug up and flat collectors as well as the cables (water and electricity) are being laid in the garden.

The tiler will only start this Monday. From Tuesday, the crew for the exterior plastering will come. From Wednesday, work begins on the driveway as well as the concrete pillars for the fence. Attached is the new plan and which pillars will be installed.

I have a question. What could be done here already? I thought I would sort out the roots and for now just sow grass. I would distribute the hill beforehand. Garden design should come much later. The terrace will be done in 2-3 weeks.

With a decent milling machine, one pass through stones and branches. There are also drum screens if there are too many small stones. How much is the fence allowed to cost? With labor and how long is it? I like it very much but it will probably be somewhere around +30,000 euros for 20-30m at least that's what I was once offered. Then I built it myself and set a double rod mat.
