Why only 90 sqm? At over 60, we still wanted to remain cash payers and manage without a loan. Our hobby continues to be traveling with the motorhome, by the way also without a loan. We have a plot of land with direct water access, according to the development plan we are allowed to build a jetty. A boat would be conceivable. You see, everyone has different ideas about life. By the way, we once had a house with 220 sqm, it was nice with the children in the house, but at our age, never that big again.
