We don't shower in the morning, only in the evening. That's why the use of the shower and the tub in the morning is out. In the evening there is no time pressure, so we are rarely in the bathroom at the same time. And my grandma always said: "You don’t go to bed dirty." That's why we shower in the evening :-) You are right about the washbasin, it will be like that. The base cabinet should also be longer. The bathroom is also "only" just under 10 sqm.

A toilet directly in the straight line of sight upon entering would not please me, especially right in front of the window. Actually, 10 sqm is a nice size, I think you still have to shuffle things around a bit. The shower door is cramped and only opens awkwardly, maybe look for a shower solution without a door after all.

It is a sliding door that slides from right to left (side of the bathtub). We are also considering whether to put a drywall next to the door and then leave it open from the bathtub side.
