It was a spontaneous visit. I offered @Crax237, because of the future construction of a bungalow, to take a look at the building to get an impression of the size of the rooms.

Then there are several forum bungalows in the area, and ours are also around there, so a meeting is almost worth it.

Oh, I thought only about participation at first. I still need a bit more time. The attachment is still in the apartment. Everything has been quite delayed, but by now it's only my fault (or my employer's).

I am now calculating the equity capital, as more and more costs are coming our way. And not just because of the construction. The other day I sank my glasses in Seediner Lake, cost €650. On Saturday the dog will be picked up, more costs again. We have now received the offers for the driveway, fence, and terrace. They are about €1,000 higher than planned. Things like a new TV, office furniture will come at the end, when it is clear how much money is left from the equity capital :cool: There is still enough buffer, but you never know :-)
