We don't want to make a bad impression on the neighbor right away :cool: We'll just wait for a year and see how many trees fall down by themselves :-)
Or maybe the chainsaw, another strong alcoholic drink that the neighbor likes to drink and then after a party together a competition to see who can cut down trees faster, but only with his own trees...

I think the neighbor wouldn't mind. But then half the village would stand in front of the property and carry out a witch burning on us :-)
One question. The exterior plaster is now completed. Probably over the weekend a bird already pooped on it / inaugurated it. Who is responsible for the removal/disposal of that? The house handover is not until the end of the month / mid October.
