Were in Szczecin today and had the previous offers for the interior and exterior doors updated. Costs are within the planned budget at 12,000 euros for 6x interior doors and 1x exterior door including installation and transport. (The exchange rate was cautiously applied at 4.25zl = 1 euro. Currently it is 4.65zl = 1 euro). Final offer will be given at the measurement the company will take (February 2022) and then at current prices. So here we have everything under control

All interior doors to the hallway will be flush/level with the door frame, it does not matter in which direction they open (I don't know the German technical term :) ). Additionally, all with magnetic closure. The door frame will be a bit nicer than in the picture. All are coated several times. The exterior door closes automatically, has a day/night lock, burglary-proof lock, and also fits into the KFW 55 concept because of very good values.

Labradoor. There are: doors, windows, roller shutters also with Somfy. But also a second company that specializes in bathrooms. However, you should preferably be able to speak Polish.

Hello.

I am currently dealing with electricity and smart home. We received our first offer quite some time ago. It should not be an elaborate KNX, but rather a few gadgets where you can control things like lights, heating, blinds, video doorbells, and possibly cameras with a phone/panel. I watched the Busch-Jäger system on YouTube and I am not opposed to it. What do you think about it?

What confuses me a bit and "annoys" me is that the devices the electrician suggests are about 20-40% more expensive than the purchase prices I pay as a consumer. I understand the problem with warranty, etc. And I would accept a 10% markup without complaining. But some prices are 40% higher. Of course, installation costs are added on top of that...

Example: Busch-Jäger panel. Purchase prices according to Google about €350 gross. Price according to electrician: €478.62 = 36.7% markup...

But that's normal.
Otherwise you'd have to install it yourself.

BJ is however good.
