Have you somehow fenced off your construction site with a construction fence? I think I had that included in my construction insurance. But luckily, nothing was stolen. The dear neighbors kept a watchful eye on the construction site. And most of the time, there were also some craftsmen on site. The construction site was unattended on very few days.

A construction fence will be set up this week. Otherwise, I also hope that our neighbors will keep an eye on it :cool:

We had bricks, windows, and other building materials lying on our almost open property for months. Only one spade was stolen. And the Dixie was knocked over several times, but it was also placed in front of the property.

We had also moved the porta potty behind the construction fence. Who knows who else might have "used" it otherwise. Since most materials were delivered just in time, there was practically nothing lying around with us. :)

Justin Time had a winter, spring, summer, and autumn break with us. Logistically, nothing really worked out. But it also had to do with my own trades, I can't (solely) blame the GÜ for that.

The bricks were now purchased from the general contractor by us, since a price increase is apparently coming on 01.01. The general contractor wanted to save a bit :cool:
