Are such door fittings unusual in Germany? The builder has seen them for the first time :) We have aligned all interior doors so that they run flush with the corridor wall, no matter in which direction they open. We will have white doors. The pictures are just samples :)

The concealed hinges have been on the market for a long time. My sister built her house 15 years ago and installed these door hinges. We will also have all doors with concealed hinges. The best ones are said to be from Si-mons-werk. However, you have to be careful about one thing. If you make all doors flush with the corridor wall and the door opens inward, you can only open it up to 90 degrees - because of the door frame.

So it is laid that way.. you can see it quite well in the last photo.

Then you see something different than I do. I see almost exclusively only a few centimeters of offset, at one place it's somewhat more. Flooring would be laid very differently, sometimes up to half, sometimes only a few centimeters, sometimes 1/4, etc. Not like with "stair steps".

Terrace will probably be finished tomorrow 8-)

Laying is okay, maybe it could have been done more wildly, but now it is what it is. But where you will have problems is the terrace. Why does the split touch the plaster directly there? Or what is that there?
