The photovoltaic system is not yet registered. Only the modules have been installed so far. Trench collectors have not been laid yet, as there apparently are major personnel shortages. I thought the brine-water heat pump would be installed on the screed and would not be installed beforehand?

On a different note. The planned move-in date is mid-July. We have now terminated the apartment for 08/31. Better safe than sorry. And we will survive one rent payment of €550. Also, I have more time for the renovation work and no moving stress :-)

No, you just have to bite the bullet once and spend the 1000 € for heating up. I had to wait 4 weeks because of a heat pump and connection shortage, but then I immediately deactivated the heating element and heated manually. It cost me about 200€ in electricity. I think it was 3500 kWh. For the upper floor, I rented a professional construction dryer from an acquaintance for 30€ for 2 weeks. I directed the drain hose directly into the drain pipe of the kitchen sink. Maybe they will come with a mobile gas heater and those costs are included in the house price. August 31st is still ambitious. But at least you have tradespeople, so it will go a bit faster than with me :D

I don't assume so. But I have planned quite a lot for construction power  I’m already paying 62 € in advance every month. For construction water, I have only calculated 1,500 €.

For me, the air heat pump is on a separate pedestal. It was/is installed separately from the screed and insulated. Therefore, the drying program ran via the air heat pump without the heating element and without photovoltaics. The hybrid inverter was not installed yet. That only happened after tiling the utility room. Luckily, our screed heating-up program ran in August. It was already nicely warm outside and the air heat pump didn’t need much "power."

We do not have the brine-water heat pump yet, so it will be the construction dryer. When the screed comes, it will get exciting. Even now, with the interior plaster dried and the floor light, the house has suddenly become so bright.

Ventilate nicely, when it is warm and dry outside you can also leave the windows open all day.
Is the utility/technical room tiled?
If yes, installing the brine-water heat pump later makes more sense anyway.
