Just to be clear: my house has been standing for 9 years and I get along quite well with my heating loops ;) ! However, the statement from seemed a bit suspicious to me and I needed some clarification!

You already have interior plaster, are your heating circuit distributors surface mounted?!

If the refrigerator stands on a heated surface, it theoretically has to work against it. theoretically. First, the refrigerator stands on feet about 5 cm high and is ventilated at the back for its cooling fins. 2. We have KfW new building standard. That means the 0.5-2 °C at the floor are more or less irrelevant. (Screed is a relatively good heat conductor) But if you can plan it, there is nothing against optimizing it right away. I once calculated my expensive KfW40 XPS insulation under the floor slab + foam glass edge stones to avoid thermal bridges in the base area. It cost me about 3.5k for 150m2 floor slab. It will never pay off in 100 years. It was purely a subsidy matter.

Heating circuit distributors are "hidden" in the wall. There are two boxes. Both in the corridor. One in the wall to the dressing room and one in the wall to the pantry. Here is a photo and the floor plan.

Here is the description of the screed. It is anhydrite.

Good morning first of all :) I received the plan this morning (see attachment).

Conversion from pdf to jpeg unfortunately reduces a lot of quality.

Here are the relevant data:

If I read it correctly, there are 1x 13 and 1x 14 heating circuits. So a total of 27. Max. circuit length is 80m. According to the plan, the flow temperature is 35 degrees. I personally find that very high. I will bring it up again. The setting is done by the heating installer and not the underfloor heating company, right? Living room, kitchen, children's room, main bathroom have a laying spacing of 6.5 cm. Bathrooms, bedrooms, office, technical room, hallway have a laying spacing of 13 cm.

No, everything fits, you will never get the 35°. That is just an irrelevant number.
