The construction company is KB Brandis from Jüterbog. We are actually very satisfied, except for one point. Communication. It might be due to staff shortages. However, if I invest 500,000 euros, I want to have my money well invested and good communication is, in my opinion, extremely important. But communication is apparently not as it should be with many construction companies.

In retrospect, fortunately we had good doers, and only the necessary communication. Questions were not very welcome but were always answered. But if bad doers say nothing ...., then the companies would have to bring a chatterbox who does nothing for 8 hours and cleverly chats with the client. then the price rises to 550K€
