Back then, it was said that you can move in 3 months after the screed is laid. Of course, depending on self-performed work for floors/walls.
We built in a buffer at the time and added 1.5 months to this date. We had a half-month delay – and that was only the "good old Corona times." Today, I would allow myself more time to feel comfortable.
