Specifically regarding Busch Jäger, our electrician told me that this is the usual pricing policy. The products on the internet are reimports from Poland, Czech Republic, etc. BJ is aware of the problem, but they can't do much about it. In the German wholesale trade, the electrician pays more at purchase than the prices on the internet.

Not that I really know anything about it or that one should diagnose this from a photo, but the pale yellow does look like very nice sand. You should have little trouble with little water exchange at first and later hardly any problems with standing water...

According to the earthworker, the lower layer of soil was still bone dry/dusty even after the rain. So flooding is hardly a threat to us. However, a bit more gravel needs to be added. 30 cm were planned, now about 20 cm more will be added. Additional costs will be €2,000 - 3,000. So very manageable :cool:

Yes. Approval of the reinforcement for the floor slab is on 12/03 and the concrete floor slab the day after.

Here is the current plan:

Start of earthworks on 11/27/2021
Rough staking on 11/18/2021
Fine staking on 11/25/2021, from noon
Foundation on 11/26/2021
Excavation of strip foundations on 11/29/2021
Installation of foundation earth electrode on 11/29/2021
Concrete strip foundations on 11/30/2021
Approval of reinforcement for floor slab on 12/02/2021, from noon
Concrete floor slab on 12/03/2021, 8 AM
