Is GPS accurate enough for surveying tasks at all? I would be interested in technical details about what is actually used nowadays ( )

What reference point do the surveyors use then?

Metal points are set in the street with us, on which surveying equipment or leveling rods are placed. After the first survey, we had colorful wooden stakes on the property at the future house corners and the property corners. Without surveying, the construction company would not have started.

It is being surveyed and marked where the house must stand. That will happen for us soon.

Received the construction approval + construction site sign today. So we can get started 8-)

We received the schedule the day before yesterday. The handover of the house is supposed to happen at the end of May. However, the construction time guarantee is 10 months. Let's see.
