I found it very surprising at the appointment (due to my amateurishness :) ) that the earthworker and the general contractor put so much thought into the heights and also included the further outdoor planning. That means the house will then be built at street level (with a slight slope to the street, of course) and the house already built on the right was also included in the planning. I would simply just dig, put in the slab and put the house on it :cool: You never stop learning...

With the financial controller, it is about, among other things, finances. But also organization and punctuality. I would of course create the digging, the slab, and the house as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. That you could move in there in the end, I never claimed :cool:

This week (Friday) the foundation slab is to be poured. How is it with the current weather? Could there be problems? Does anyone have experience with that?

Your shell builder will already know that, because they have to provide a warranty for it. In general, I would say that you will have little trouble with temperatures around/slightly above zero. Our last two floor slabs were each constructed in similar weather conditions and still hold up to this day. ;)
