If I were you, I would simply draw in the furniture. Ceiling spotlights on the sofa are supposed to serve a purpose? On the sofa, you (possibly) need reading light from a lower lamp. At the TV, it is advisable to place a lamp at the height of the TV, as it is more comfortable for the eyes when watching TV. Ceiling spotlights are actually good for nothing, except shrinking the wallet and satisfying oneself by having cool ceiling spotlights (which are not really what you need, just what you want).

Is there a difference between your and our construction project regarding the screed drying? I ask because of the large differences in the consumption of construction electricity. Is it due to the weather or what else could it be? I would like to know so that in the future, when I mention our construction electricity costs here, I can mention this detail. For the screed drying, we had a mobile dryer from our site manager that "somehow" heated the underfloor heating ... as I said, with construction electricity.

The drying continues. Last week, the site manager was on site and measured the screed. Still too wet for the tiles. For us, this is because they did not check the screed and apparently two chemicals that ensure faster drying were not added. I think it will take easily another 2 weeks. If the general contractor now comes with any additional costs, I will offset them against the extra construction electricity costs :cool:

Take a look at the (ihr seid Brandenburg?) BbgBO Par 76 The apartment must be habitable: running water and cooking facilities, a bit more than just a bed (sleeping place), etc.

Why is there always completely false information being spread here? §76 of the building code in Brandenburg deals with temporary structures. What does that have to do with moving in? If anything, we are dealing with the registration law here.

So of course you can register change of address. Nothing stands in the way if your house already has a house number. If not, it must be applied for.
