According to the Building Energy Act, everything may be installed correctly, but I cannot assess that in detail. However, it can be done better than just the standard.
We have 130 mm insulation under the screed, consisting of 2 x 50 mm 032 insulation and 30 mm tacker mat. First, a complete insulation layer of 50 mm was laid, then the sanitary and heating installation was installed on top of it. The 2nd insulation layer was laid crosswise. All hot water pipes are thus enclosed in pipe insulation (single) and additionally at least 50 mm through the insulation layers.

This is the floor structure. According to the external construction supervision (2 people with a total of over 60 years of experience), everything is fine.

Has the heating load calculation been done room by room? What are the installation spacings of the underfloor heating? What power does your heat pump have?
