with us also a bungalow without an intermediate ceiling, the wall is max 4.7m high, 42cm Liaplan stones, with ring beam. The fastening is no problem because it is only under tension.
What I actually wanted to say is, make the terrace floor without fixings for umbrellas.
After moving in, push your furniture freely around, find your favorite spot, observe the course of the sun and shadows and next year think about partial or full shading.
