Some things accumulate here as if certain years were cursed: we have several boys born in ’78 with bungalows, also of similar size, and the picky princesses who, after three hundred verses of counting rhyme, still haven’t gotten anywhere, are piling up in the year ’86 :)

I’m afraid you have misunderstood something.

That much "coincidence" is quite unusual, isn't it? ;)

Consider it during the planning. No roof, counter the design, for example.
Go into the floor plan discussion...
It will definitely be dark. With a covered terrace, I would personally always plan for replacement window area. Ultimately, one can also say: this is not the final design if you want it to be bright.
I would probably just counter it and then take a look at everything. The bedrooms benefit from it too: in winter, the children's rooms are dark as it is now,

Unfortunately, it wasn't my fault and it is not intentionally duplicated

You just find everyone :p

We have already had all the furniture drawn in. The living room furniture is currently in our apartment with an 18 sqm living room and fits very well here :)

About the brightness. I discussed it with my wife. It stays as it is. Why? We currently live in an apartment with an 18 sqm living room. The living room has a 1.70 m window front (see photo). We have a covered balcony. No other windows. And we are more than satisfied with the brightness. In the house we then have:
A) 3 m window front, which is taller
B) additionally a floor-to-ceiling window
C) on the other side the kitchen with a 2 m wide window.

It will definitely be brighter than in our apartment. So more than enough.
