Yes, there will be tiles on the floor. Drying is not a problem. I can go over several times a day from work.

certainly ceiling, for floor it is too late and in the ceiling it has many advantages for bungalows.
1. Warm exhaust air rises upwards.
2. Less problems with the feeling 'there is a draft here'
3. Less work effort

According to the heating technician, the exhaust and supply air is done via the ceiling. Everything super :cool:

The move-in date in July can probably be almost forgotten :-(

Delivery problems with:

- Controlled residential ventilation (probably because of the enthalpy heat exchanger)
- Brine water heat pump (I am still gathering information on this)
- Meter cabinets (currently very, very difficult to get. Delivery date is probably in 10-12 weeks...)

We remain curious. If we want to cancel by 31.08., we have to do it by the end of the month. We will wait until 25.05. to cancel, maybe more will be known by then.

I would "possibly" leave/plan one or two more months of leeway before terminating the apartment. So rather aim for the end of Sep./Oct. Don’t make it too tight. You’ll be annoyed if something still goes wrong. I would talk to the landlord that if you do move in sooner, you will vacate the shared apartment more quickly.

We won’t get that through. We have a three-month notice period to the end of the month.

Please decouple the heat pump from the screed and do not place it on top. If it runs 24/7, you might have a constant humming in the screed.
