Yes, it is 50cm. We will probably push the washbasin towards the towel holder and consider whether only shelves should be placed there.

You are right. We will probably just take a bathtub that is 10 cm shorter. 60 cm distance is what we have now, and that is completely sufficient. Otherwise, we will see how far the bathtub can still be "pushed" into the drywall.

We are also considering how to get a not so high but longer shelf in the shower. I assume the connections run behind the wall, which is why the shelf is on the right side?

That's how it looks. The pipe for the overhead shower runs there. Can't you put the shelf in the side wall? In any case, it is unnecessarily high like that.
