Tomorrow I will meet with the general contractor and the external construction supervisor for the acceptance before the slab is poured.

On Monday, the bricks will still be delivered. Then, unfortunately, there will be a winter break until early February.

Cover the bricks well, but at the same time let air circulate.
Better than trying to pour a slab at -4°. I've also seen raw masonry walls topple in storms... so you're doing everything right.

Stupid question. The bricks are delivered by the general contractor, and he takes care of the entire construction except for a few additional services that are planned separately with the trades. Do I now have to take care of the covering? A construction fence is supposed to be set up soon, probably for insurance reasons :cool:

He will tell you that the packages are wrapped in foil and nothing will happen to them.
But maybe he’ll also tell a worker to fix it quickly.

Buy a roll of construction foil and you’ll have it done in 10 minutes :P
