Of course, I can only ever speak for myself and wouldn’t write in a forum like others do telling you to do this or that. Everyone has different ideas and different needs, but you don’t necessarily have to repeat the mistakes of others. At a cost of 4000,- I would think twice about whether it’s worth it to me. At the moment, I believe 1.49 per 1000 liters, you can water for a very long time before reaching that point. My brother has a similar property to yours and is an absolute watering expert. He waters 1000 liters in the garden every day in summer. With that consumption, assuming he does it for about half a year and a garden water meter, he could water for roughly 14 years. I see it with the 6m3 we have now, we haven’t tapped into it at all this year because it has been raining continuously. I hope the next years will be nicer, but things like that happen sometimes. I would find it too much of a waste to put the money into the ground.

One more question regarding the caseworker in Teltow - was she your caseworker for the building application or the caseworker for planning law? We have already had trouble with the latter in advance because we cannot submit an application if fundamental issues are not resolved. Do you know her name, the one who caused you so much trouble?

The managing director called and confirmed it with the drainage system. He will take another close look at the property over the weekend and then give me an answer regarding this.

The planned construction work for next week will most likely be delayed as already expected. We were pleased about the current construction plan but did not believe that the handover of the house would take place by the end of May, especially not in the current situation. We'll see. The good thing is, we have no time or financial pressure, and the commitment interest only starts from September 2022.

The one who caused us trouble was Ms. D. There wasn't much planning law involved for us since there is no development plan for the area. Only a few things had to be observed. Everything got delayed for a very long time, and she was first sick, then on vacation. During that time, the application was, OF COURSE, left standing. What I hate most is when someone promises me an appointment and doesn't keep it. At least calling back and saying it'll take another 2-3 weeks should be done. But that's just the building authority. I have the feeling it's actually like at Baumann and Clausen there. A friend had just as much "fun" with her. He even showed up in person once and started crying out of nerves because it involved a lot of money for them due to the delay...

Then calculate. If your pump delivers 2000 l/h, it can run for 1.5 hours to distribute 3000 liters. That is not enough on hot summer days for 750 sqm if you want it green.
