Hello expose

There was really some botching done here. I haven't seen concrete placed so carelessly in a long time.
I am also puzzled by the thin wires. What function are they supposed to serve? If the reinforcement was properly constructed, there is reason to fear that moisture will reach the steel. The concrete simply does not extend to the edge, and the distance of the reinforcement to the edge is therefore too small.

I think that the "Schalsteine" will later have the clinker bricks built on them. The interior wall stands on the floor slab - with mineral wool in between. The cleanliness layer is replaced by the perimeter insulation under the floor slab. As far as I know, this is fine.

So far, okay.

Nevertheless, I would hire a building surveyor for concrete work. The visible reinforcement is not nice. Whether it was properly compacted should also be checked.

The insulation was definitely only added as an accessory at the edges and is not included in the thermal protection calculation. The panel consists of steel fiber concrete and apparently has no additional reinforcement. What I have found out is that corrosion in steel fiber concrete is supposed to be unproblematic and does not spread further.

Hi.

How thick is the panel? Please have the structural analysis provided.
