Hello

of course you can pour the floor slab yourself. Formwork, reinforcement in, let the reinforcement extend well into the later 2nd and 3rd partial slabs and pour each on one day.
But, I agree with the previous speakers. This is saving at the wrong end. The formwork has to be done anyway. That is the most laborious work. And you will never get the concrete by hand in the necessary homogeneous mix like the plant does.
7-8 m² of concrete from the plant are not much more expensive than DIY. How far would the pump need to reach? A crane would also be enough. About 200 euros per hour. In 2 hours the job is done.
Use WU concrete, then you have a bit more security.
Better save somewhere else. You can do the formwork yourself. Reinforcement is simple. Lay electrical cables yourself. But try mixing 2m² of concrete in one day. That is work.

So, I now have the offers and indeed there are no huge discrepancies compared to doing it myself, so nothing that would justify the effort. Essentially, I would save about 400 euros but would then have back problems.

Once the pit is dug, I will gravel everything, lay the reinforcement, and think about how to get a stable formwork that won't blow away.

I will also use concrete with better flow properties, so I can skip the compaction with the bottle vibrator and the concrete costs me just 8 euros more per m3.

Caution with inclined surfaces and highly flowable concrete. That goes wrong.

short experience:

here you can also have earth-moist concrete delivered from the works by haulage contractors. these are then dump trucks or containers. they deliver a maximum of 10m³.

the delivery is much cheaper than from the concrete plant, but only earth-moist. they tip it onto a tarpaulin in the driveway, and you rent a small wheel loader, e.g. an AVANT. one drives (300l per bucket) and two stand with shovels in the pit. rent a vibratory plate, then the earth-moist concrete seeps nicely between the mats.

i made 1.5 pallets of concrete with the neighbor using a 120-140 l mixer. 40kg bags. that was a morning's work and 3 days backbreaking labor.

Hello

that will go wrong.
make a drawing of the base plate. To scale with the slope. And show it when ordering the concrete. They will then tell you which consistency you need.
And borrow a bottle vibrator.

Okay thanks for the note. I will then make a drawing and send it to them. Alternatively, I will ask around regarding the delivery of damp concrete. The problem is that I think it won't be cheaper with the loader because it has to be delivered to me. Unfortunately, I don't have a trailer. But I'll look into it and report back. Thanks anyway
