Ask your screed layer. If the screed dries too quickly, it cracks.

If it’s that urgent, why not just bite the bullet and pay the extra for fast-setting screed that can be covered with tiles after a few days? You can get it dry quickly with a dehumidifier + appropriate screed heating. But the current outdoor temperatures + humidity also play a role. And finally, moisture is simply measured in several spots.... And better to wait a week too long than to start working as soon as the maximum residual moisture value is reached...

Most people see the screed as a kind of interior construction break and then devote themselves to other things (outdoor facilities, garage, terrace, or some kind of selection process....)

Hello,

to be honest, we do not know which screed the developer uses. We would have to inquire.

I would probably wait one or two years and let the matter dry out by itself. Or do the tiles absolutely have to be installed sooner rather than later?

if everything is empty without furniture, we wanted to put in the tiles right at the beginning. Later with furniture and small children it is difficult.

What is still unclear is whether there is underfloor heating in the basement? Then you could heat the basement normally and dry just like the living rooms. There is a screed heating program in the heating systems. The screed installer usually hands over a drying schedule, and you set the heating according to that. Done...
