I spoke with the tiler 30 minutes ago.
He did not perform a CM measurement because decoupling was done. Special mats were installed, which are used precisely because the residual moisture does not matter. I remember they were orange mats with small air holes. According to him, there should never be any problems because of this.

PS: However, I have one question. We did not have tiles laid on the upper floor. Can I assume that the screed is now dry after 65 days so that I can lay flooring there?

No, not automatically. It depends on the circumstances. For example, how was the moisture removed from the house, were drying devices used, or only window ventilation?

Please measure correctly. There are no other guarantees except a lot of time.

With artificial coverings, you trap the moisture, which can damage wood. Even if someone else might be responsible for the coverings, I wouldn’t take the risk.

PS: the issue with the tiles is already a done deal anyway..

Take some good yTape. Stick some cellophane at various points on the screed. Properly sealed all around. Wait one day. Is there water underneath? Then be careful. If it is dry underneath, then free way with marzipan. That's how we did it before gluing the vinyl.
