It says that the installation itself costs 27 EUR/m², the stones are supposed to cost net 47 EUR/m². Then there is gravel and grit, but you need those anyway, even with cheaper paving...
I would (and will) lay paving that I like. If you also like anthracite, then take that, because it is apparently actually easier to maintain. But it has the disadvantage that the stuff glows in the high summer and heats up the already warm air even more...
The question is also what fits better with the rest. I have a yellow house, so I will lay paving in sandstone, beige, something like that. If I have to pressure wash it every few months, so be it.
Don't under any circumstances choose paving "because it's easier to maintain and still looks good after 125 years" that you don't really like. Who knows what will be in 10 years. But then at least you had 10 years of joy with your beautiful paving in the color you wanted.
You know the saying: "When I retire, I'll travel the world, I'm saving every cent now!" And suddenly, you get sick and can't do any of it anymore... if you want something, do it now, don't postpone or think about the world in 20 years. Especially not with something like paving...
